Are you struggling with chronic neck, knee, or back pain? Do you wish you could get ahead of tension and stiffness? I get what it’s like to feel like you are in a downward spiral and unwinding that pattern is more simple than you have been lead to believe.

My therapy approach is structural, goal oriented, and comprehensive. I combine structural bodywork therapies, yoga & corrective movement practices, and herbal medicine to provide you with a full spectrum service that will gently ease you back to balance so that you can get back to what you love the most.

My primary goal is for you to get back to your daily activities pain free.
